Our wellbeing depends on our physical, emotional and mental health.  If we have blocks in any of these areas this can lead us to dis-ease.  I spent much of my life in dis-harmony, suffering from imbalances (illness) of the body and mind.  I lacked the knowledge of connection to source energy which is all around and inside of us and is available to everyone.  With holistic Self-Mastery approaches, I taught myself to learn what is best for me, re-connect to source, unlearn negative habits and found a place of freedom, joy and vitality that I could never have imagined.   

By having this experience, I know exactly how you feel.  With much care and attention, I can guide you to this same place of freedom, joy and vitality, to Holistic Self-Mastery.

Let me explain how I came to realise that this is exactly what you need.

When I started my holistic Self-Mastery journey, I did not know where or how to begin.  I dabbled in many different holistic modalities, CBT style counselling, attending Yoga classes, meditation, hypnotherapy and learning Reiki.  However, my stressful life did not change.  I was frequently ill, having operations and pharmaceutical medication.  What I did not realise is that I was still tolerating uncomfortable thinking, people and situations.  I did not have the knowledge, authority or self-worth to make the necessary changes to release my stored emotions for my wellbeing.

What I was lacking was direction.  A person to guide me to seeing ALL aspects of myself and my life, someone to lead me to Self-Mastery, with the ability to look at my symptoms as a whole, not individually.  Holistically, not medically. 

Eventually I started working with a Self-Mastery mentor and I learnt how to forgive everyone (including myself), accepting myself and others just the way they are and having compassion for myself and others.  By doing this, I was able to free and heal myself. 

I went from looking for someone to cure my diseases to learning how my behaviours affect my daily life and understanding that I could learn how to take care of myself, make better choices on food, lifestyle, and who and what I surround myself with.

I work from a holistic perspective, seeing you as a whole.  I learnt by experience that all of your “issues” are connected, health (multiple illnesses), relationships, job, emotions, lack of sleep, food and exercise. I work with the physical, emotional and mental bodies. 

I guide from a place of knowing and understanding.  I don’t use a standard rulebook and set of procedures that are taught and followed without question.  Instead, I work intuitively, connecting with source energy, using and teaching discernment so you can explore an unseen side of yourself.  Showing you how to care for yourself, find freedom and ultimately Self-Mastery of your life.

Let’s Talk About Self-Mastery & How I Do It Differently

Meet CAROLINE

All my life I have felt different, out of place in this world, like I did not belong to my environment.  My ideas and beliefs about life, existence, wellbeing, health and medicine did not resonate with those around me.  I was the person who questioned the narrative, the outcast from “normal” collective, societal ways of thinking.  The mis-fit.

For years I suffered and struggled at my own hands from the decisions I made, the way I behaved and negative thought patterns of fear, low self-worth, shame, guilt and regret, causing me to suffer with chronic anxiety for much of my life.  I endured several medical interventions for illnesses, not knowing that there was a different way of doing, being and living.  A holistic way.  A natural way that incorporated mind and body.  I learned over time that we cannot heal without attention to all aspects of ourselves. Physical, emotional and mental health are all connected. 

On my journey I was always seeking something outside of myself.  I learned Reiki, then I discovered Yoga in a London gym as a physical practice of exercise. Yoga felt soft and relaxing, like coming home to my body and mind, and I recognised I needed more but did not know how to apply it off the mat in my life. I worked in the hard, unyielding, corporate world, and participated in ‘Westernised’ masculine styles of Yoga.  I was not yet fully connected to the concept that my outer world is simply a reflection of my inner world.  I looked at it with separation.  I had not yet re-established my connection to source energy, so I continued to move from one illness to another.

After a complete surrender to source (read that as a semi break-down) in 2019 I knew there needed to be significant change in my life.  I could not carry on this way anymore.  Early 2020 brought the pandemic and my way out.  A moment of clarity from source energy during meditation guided me to begin Yoga Teacher Training (YTT).  From this point everything started to make sense to me, all the pieces fitted into place.  I broke free of ‘Westernised’ physical aspects of Yoga to experience the deeper elements of my inner journey.

After my YTT, I trained myself in Ayurvedic principles, choosing healthier food options and learning to feel into my body, understanding what is right for me in any given moment. I learned that undigested and suppressed emotions had taken root in the weakest parts of my body so I worked to heal those emotions.

Holistic Self-Mastery and Connection to Source was my lifeline to a life living from my heart, which changed everything for me.  I further studied Yoga texts including Patanjali’s Classical System of Yoga, the 8 limbs and learned that Yoga isn’t just a pose, it is a lifestyle, with a set of social ethics and personal practices which I live by. 

From this understanding, I have broken free of chronic anxiety, illness and suffering and you can too.  Holistic Self-Mastery is at the forefront of everything I do and it’s my way to serve others by sharing the knowledge and wisdom of source energy via Retreats, Mentoring and Yoga.
